Introduction & Consultation

AIf your application has an examination fee of zero yen, you can start using the service from the date of contract. If an examination fee is required, it takes approximately 1 to 2 months to set up credit card payment and approximately 3 months to set up convenience store payment.

AYes. We can provide guidance both in person and online. We can also support multiple explanation sessions for internal discussions within your department or institution, and we can participate in tender processes if needed.

AYes. A free trial can be arranged for two weeks or for a period that suits your needs. We also provide full support during the trial period.
Form Creation & Updates

AYes. Once you create an application form, it can be copied and reused. There is no additional charge for revising copied forms.

AYes. Even for a first-time setup, one admission scheme can often be created in around 70 minutes on average. Once created, forms can be copied and adjusted, making it easier to deploy them across faculties and graduate schools.

AYes. Many universities use English-language application forms for international student admissions, International Baccalaureate admissions, and graduate school admissions.

ANo development or modification fees are charged. There are also no additional fees for using the enrollment procedure function or the evaluation and selection function planned for future release.
Applications & Documents

AOne common approach is to collect copies or scanned versions as PDF files at the application stage, and then collect the original documents later during the enrollment procedure after admission results are announced.

AYes. TAO has a recommender function that allows institutions to customize the information requested from recommenders and collect required information or documents without disclosing them to applicants.

AIf handwritten documents are required, applicants can complete the designated forms by hand and submit them as PDF files.

AYes. Because TAO uses customizable forms, institutions can add middle name fields and flexibly set character limits. TAO is already used in admissions for international students, exchange programs, and preparatory courses.

ASubmitted documents can be downloaded in folders organized by applicant, each labeled with the applicant number and name. This allows institutions to review documents online without printing, while maintaining secure handling.

AYes. A messaging function is available for each application. You can send messages to filtered groups of applicants and also manage read status.

AYes. Visibility conditions can be set for each application, so only applicants with a specific screening status can access the next stage.

AYes. Video files up to 50MB can be submitted.

AAPI integration is planned. Even now, TAO is already being used by some universities for admissions processes that utilize Common Test results.
