Form Creation & Modification
Yes. Application sets you have created can be copied and reused. Modifications after copying incur no additional fees.
Yes. Even the first application format is typically built in about 70 minutes. Forms can then be duplicated and adjusted, making rollout across multiple faculties or graduate schools straightforward.
Yes. Many universities use English forms for international student admissions, IB-track admissions, graduate admissions, and English-medium degree programs.
No development or modification fees apply. Likewise, enrollment-procedure features and the upcoming evaluation/selection features can be used without additional charge.
Applications & Documents
One common approach is to accept PDF copies at the application stage and collect the originals later at the enrollment-procedure stage after results are announced.
Yes. A dedicated recommender feature lets you collect customized information and documents directly from recommenders, kept private from the applicant.
You can have applicants fill in the document by hand, scan it to PDF, and submit it through the system.
Yes. As forms are fully customizable, you can add middle-name fields and set character limits as needed. Many institutions use this in international, exchange, and preparatory program admissions.
Documents are organized per applicant in folders labeled by examinee number and name. You can also review entirely online without printing, with full access controls.
Yes. Each application has its own messaging thread. You can also send batch messages to filtered groups and track read status.
